1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bgt333 website accessible at https://bgt333.vip, including all games, betting markets, promotional pages, and account management tools.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback credits, or any other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account by bgt333.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where use of the Platform is restricted or unlawful under applicable local law.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register and use bgt333, you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bgt333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend your Account pending verification.

2.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 You may hold only one registered Account on bgt333. If bgt333 identifies that you have registered more than one Account, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and withdrawals, and retain any Bonus Funds credited to those accounts.

2.4 Registration is not permitted for individuals accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using bgt333 complies with the laws applicable in your location. bgt333 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to access in any specific jurisdiction outside its intended market.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your Account and for maintaining its confidentiality. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 bgt333 strongly recommends enabling two-step SMS verification on your Account. Once enabled, any login attempt from an unrecognised device will require secondary authentication via a code sent to your registered mobile number.

3.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bgt333 immediately by emailing [email protected]. bgt333 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing your Account.

3.4 bgt333 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message claiming to be from bgt333 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 bgt333 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available payment methods may change at any time at bgt333's discretion.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment processor. bgt333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal circumstances. bgt333 reserves the right to apply additional identity verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.

4.4 All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. bgt333 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Attempting to withdraw to an account not belonging to you will result in the withdrawal being declined and your Account being reviewed for compliance.

4.5 bgt333 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bgt333 may request supporting documentation including national identification, proof of address, and evidence of the source of funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 From time to time, bgt333 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance. Real-money Balance is used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise. Bonus Funds not used within the promotion's stated validity period will be automatically forfeited.

5.4 bgt333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter bonus terms, or cancel a promotional campaign at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures in bad faith — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

5.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 All games offered on bgt333 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by that studio's own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game studio's rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail with respect to account and payment matters, while the game studio's rules govern gameplay outcomes.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bgt333 will investigate using its system logs. bgt333 reserves the right to void a game round where the outcome cannot be verified with certainty. Any stakes wagered in a voided round will be returned to the Player's Balance.

6.3 bgt333 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of an obvious pricing error, system glitch, or data feed malfunction. Winnings derived from such erroneous odds or outcomes will not be paid, and the original stake will be refunded.

6.4 For sports betting, including cricket markets covering the BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, settlement of bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCCI, ICC, BCB). bgt333 is not responsible for results that are subject to post-match investigation, appeal, or reversal by the relevant governing body after bets have been settled.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bgt333 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and possible referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes for financial gain;
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location;
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or using offensive language towards bgt333 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 bgt333 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling practices. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits via their Account settings. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge.

8.2 Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are strongly encouraged to contact bgt333's support team at [email protected] and request a self-exclusion or cooling-off period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

8.3 During any active self-exclusion period, bgt333 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing their Account, receiving marketing communications, and depositing funds. Players who circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account do so in direct breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the bgt333 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bgt333 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bgt333.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 bgt333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.3 bgt333's total liability to any individual Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 bgt333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

12.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

13. Termination

13.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting bgt333 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of applicable fees, if any) will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided there are no outstanding compliance matters relating to your Account.

13.2 bgt333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, applicable law has been violated, or the continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Players access the Platform voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws in their jurisdiction.

14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact bgt333's support team in writing at [email protected] and allow bgt333 a period of 30 days to investigate and respond before pursuing any further resolution mechanism.

14.3 bgt333 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. Players who access the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and at their own risk.
